So far our 2016 rafting season on the American River is shaping up to be one of our best ever! El Nino has generated several heavy snow events and the northern Sierra Nevada range is loaded with snow! We have added a few new trips for 2016 due to the projected flows:
- Family friendly Inflatable kayak tours: Try out a scenic float in our 2 person kayaks on an easy class 2 river near you! We offer 4 to 6 hour trips on the Lower Stanislaus River, Mammoth Bar section on the Middle Fork American River, Shirttail Canyon on the North Fork American River and the Confluence stretch on the Lower Midle Fork American RIver! From April through October we have a fun kayak trip available to all levels of paddlers!
- Class 4 North Yuba River: One of the best whitewater rafting rivers in California, we will be running guided rafting trips on this spectacular section of rapids in May and June!
If you would like more information regarding these trips please contact us. Let it snow and snow and snow!

We are excited that our new River Center in Oakdale, California is open as of May 1, 2015. From this new facility we rent rafts, kayaks and tubes with shuttles to the Orange Blossom Park put-in. Trips depart daily from now until late September on the Oakdale "Superfloat" section of the Stanislaus River.
The Oakdale Superfloat is a scenic 6 mile section of class 1 river. This rating means that there are no rapids along its course with the exception of some easy riffles. Luckily the river moves along nicely without any totally flat sections as you'll find at low water on other self guided trips.
